1. The Feeling
Ground & Restore creates a bath that feels mineral-dense yet steady — neither overly stimulating nor deeply sedative.
It feels balancing. Containing. Reconnecting.
2. The Experience
Used when the mind feels scattered.
Chosen during slower evenings or reflective rituals.
Added to baths on full or new moon nights.
Reached for after periods of overexertion. The water becomes a pause — warm, mineral-rich, quietly supportive.
3. The Material
Formulated with an equal balance of Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) and Himalayan pink salt.
Epsom salt is traditionally used in bathing rituals to support muscle relaxation and ease physical tension. Himalayan salt contributes trace minerals and a subtle grounding quality to the soak.
The 50/50 ratio creates equilibrium — magnesium for recovery, mineral density for restoration.
4. How People Use It
Added to warm evening baths.
Paired with grounding essential oils like cedarwood or frankincense.
Used during intentional self-care rituals.
Followed with body oil while skin is still warm.
